RETURN POLICY

-NO REFUNDS: 
Due to Health and Hygiene, we DO NOT offer refunds, UNLESS your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet (within 48hrs)

Our customers happiness is our #1 priority. If you are unhappy with your item or our customer service, please email us at JZBCUSTOMER@Gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue. 

 

EXCHANGES

-We only offer exchanges for our Bikini TOPS or Cover Ups. Exchange Requests must be made within 5 DAYS UPON RECEIPT. Item must be returned in NEW/UNWORN condition it was received and in original package or appropriate shipping package or your exchange request will be canceled and returned to you as is. 

*Due to HEALTH and HYGIENE purposes, ALL bikinis bottoms and/or ONE PIECES are FINAL SALE

*PLEASE BE ADVISED:  WE DO NOT COVER THE SHIPPING COST FOR RETURNS. We will only cover the shipping cost to return the exchange back to the customer. 

 

-REFUND EXEMPTION: 
We all make mistakes, us included! If you receive the wrong order, we will send you the right items FREE of charge or issue a FULL REFUND. Please email us at  JZBCUSTOMER@Gmail.com.

SHIPPING POLICY & TIME

 

FREE SHIPPING/Economy : We offer FREE 3-5 DAYS shipping on all items or orders over $50. If your order hasn't arrived within that time frame and your tracking notification hasn't been updated, please inform us right away.

Standard Shipping: Receive your items within 2-3 business days including processing. This option is a $5 Flat Rate. (Please expect delays during holidays)

EXPRESS Shipping: Need your package last minute for your vacay? We've got you covered with our express 1-2 days shipping option for $25. Please keep in mind there is NO EXPRESS DELIVERY FRIDAY-SUNDAY. 

Example:  Express Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday morning, expected delivery Tuesday-Wednesday. 

*Express orders are guaranteed 1-2 days Monday -Thursday (unless unexpected delay or issue with post office)

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TO CANADA & UK

We now offer multiple shipping options to Canada and The UK.  

Economy: Most affordable shipping is 6-10 business days 

Standard: 3-4 business days

Express: 2-3 business day 

*DHL is our primary carrier. Signature is required.  External delays may occur. 

 

WRONG ADDRESS/RETURNED ORDERS:

 We ship orders to the address you provide at checkout but if you provide us with a wrong address and the order is returned to us, we will notify you and give you 2 options.

1.Have your order re-shipped to the proper address, the shipping fee will be covered by you. 

2. A full refund will be issued once we receive the package. 

 
                                                                    STOLEN PACKAGES
Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped to the proper address, We can not take responsibility for stolen packages. Please file a stolen report with USPS if you believe your order has been stolen or not delivered as your tracking reflects. If you are concerned about Theft, please opt for our "SIGNATURE RELEASE" option at checkout to guarantee your delivery.
