EXCHANGES:
Due to HEALTH and HYGIENE purposes, ALL bikinis bottoms, and/or One Piece Swimsuits are FINAL SALE.
We only offer SIZE exchanges for our Bikini Tops or Cover Ups.

-Exchange Requests must be made within 5 DAYS upon receipt (5 days grace period after receiving package).

-Item must be returned in the same NEW & UNWORN condition it was received, in original package, or appropriate shipping package.

-All exchanges are inspected. If your return is not approved, your request will be canceled and returned to you. If approved, we will process your exchange.

*PLEASE BE ADVISED: We do not cover the cost for the return. We will cover the shipping cost to return the exchange back to the customer.

 

NO REFUNDS:
Due to Health and Hygiene, we DO NOT offer refunds once your order has been shipped and/or delivered.

-REFUND EXEMPTION:
We all make mistakes, Including us! If you receive the wrong order, we will send you the right item and cover shipping costs. If items are damaged or defective, we will ship a new item or issue a Full Refund if your case is approved. Proof of order and reason must be provided, and reviewed, pictures may be requested to support your request. Refund Request must be made within 5 days upon receipt of order.

-CANCELLATION: 

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability. Our business processes and ships orders every day, due to this, our grace period is 24 hrs from placing your order. In the event of the cancellation, a cancellation fee of 15% will be deducted to cover processing costs.
